I’m not sure why this place has a high rating. They’re very nice, but I am unfortunately leaving with various cuts from my pedicure (at the end when they sprayed alcohol, I felt various stings from deep cuts). I feel like my toes are on fire. I also don’t know what is going on upstairs, but it’s nearly impossible to relax with noisy neighbors stomping the entire time.

Worst nail experience on the 24th strip. She didn’t even soak and push my cuticles back for a $45 gel manicure. Go to sassy nails!

Best gel manicure I have ever had. Stayed in place for 3+ weeks and no chips… shocking

Went here for the first time since COVID (used to go regularly) and they remembered me, were super sweet, and had really great COVID protocols. Everyone masked (some double masks), privacy glass screens around each chair, paper over the chair, individual packs for tools, neck wrap had disposable wrap over it.. etc. They also had you sanitize and sign in with contact info (maybe for contact tracing?) When you arrive. I was really impressed and glad to see them able to operate so safely while still giving you a relaxing and perfect Mani/Pedi.

Wow. Amazing customer service. It’s such a relaxing experience with the warm neck wrap and pampering. Definitely coming back.
