Great new salon with efficient detailed oriented staff. I look forward to my visits here as it is very relaxing, clean and has a great energy. Lisa is a very skilled nail artist and I am happy to have found her.

I booked a deluxe pedicure and the staff booked several other appointments throughout this appointment, leaving me sitting there for almost 2 hours, while they disappeared or served other clients while serving me in between. I was honestly just happy to be there, so didn’t complain UNTIL I went to pay. I was charged for shellac polish and design, and was not told this during the appointment. I felt like I was tricked into it, as there was no mention of these additional costs during my appointment. On top of ALL that, their sign is wrong, and they insisted that I pay $90 + $10 for design, even though their sign says $80.00. My original booking for deluxe pedicure was $60.00. I feel ripped off and taken advantage of. Poor business tactics - I will not return.

Called and tried to book an appointment. They literally picked up the phone and the first thing they said was “not interested” and hung up. Called a second time and they picked up and hung up. Not sure how professional that is in terms of gaining business. Sounds like a poorly run salon just from a simple phone call. Would never recommend, go elsewhere!

They were late to start, serving other clients in between my service. I booked a deluxe pedicure online for $60. They did the one above it with shellac without me knowing and without checking with me. I don’t get pedis often so didn't know what shellac meant. They left us with the paraffin on for over 20 minutes so they could work with other clients. We were there almost two hours… However just happy to be out, I was trying to stay positive. Then I went to pay and she charged me for the upper pedicure, which I did not book or know about. Then furthermore, she charged me more than what the sign (and online booking said) and proceeded to tell me that their sign was wrong. She still did nothing to fix this when we expressed it politely. I will not be returning or recommending them to any friends.
