Positives: my nails do look very nice Negatives: ripped off my previous acrylics by using a tip which caused my thumb nail to be ripped and bleed. Not very professional, talking to each other the whole time & not to the clients. When a client comes in it took an awkwardly long time for anyone to greet them. I did ask for a fairly detailed design on each nail & I had acrylic from a previous set that had to be soaked off, which seemed to frustrate the nail tech. I ended up having to leave for an appointment after 2 hours and come back later to have them finished. The other clients had nail oil applied to their nails after their service. My tech got up and stood behind the counter and told me I was done when my light turned off. Just not a great atmosphere. I would rather have spent my money somewhere where I felt welcomed. I believe that the experience of getting your nails done is more than just how they look when you leave, customer service is very important. Sorry but there are many other salons in okotoks that provide a nicer experience

Absolutely love Dashing Nails! Always phenomenal service and great booking process. I have only had one hiccup with a nail and when I went in it was fixed no problem. 10/10 recommend!!

Updating my review since owners response. The regular polish on my mother in law was done poorly (you could see through the nail and she picked a bright color not a neutral) but i got shellac and it looks good my sister in law is also happy with her shellac! Thank you to the owner for responding quickly regarding my concerns, might try again in future. :)
