A great job but somehow my appointment was dismissed and I got in 25 minutes late. I know things happen, but this is why people consider looking around for new places if regulars start to be taken advantage of.

Great spa and affordable, staff know what they are doing.

If I could rate this place - 0 I would... worst pedicure experience ever.... the lady did not clean under my nails n when she applied the police it was poorly done.... I ended up telling her to remove it twice n just put on a clear coat because the edges of the polish were so messy n poorly done... it looked like a 6 year old did my pedicure.... I’m very disappointed in the service and will NEVER go back here.... at 38.00 the pedicure was poorly done... I wish I could upload the picture I took of their shabby work

Great service and staff

I got here less than half hour before they closes at 7 o'clock today, I phoned them around 6pm to see if they can still do my manicure (shellac) as I'm runnin' late heading back from the City, despite of getting closer for their closing time, (MARY) still accommodates me and do my mani without her rushing to get it done and it turns out pretty well more than I expected. It's my first time to get my nails done here (Okotoks location) and I told Mary, whose a very friendly staff that I'll be back for sure for my pedi and yes, this will be my regular nail salon to go to now, it's closer to home and more affordable.
