I have been to Pro Nails a couple of times now and every time I go I have the best experience!! I've been getting my nails done with Laura who is absolutely lovely! She always does an amazing job and I have been getting compliments on my nails since I've started going there. The salon is super well maintained and clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to ensure that everyone is comfortable and are receiving quality service. The pricing is also super affordable!! Definitely best nail salon in town!!

Anna is the absolute best at shaping fake nails!!! Tony is always pleasant and has excellent customer service when taking appointments on the phone and greeting when customers enter. I’m always happy with the service with any nail technician and how clean they keep everything!

Good local business. The aesthetician care about the quality of work over the client turn over. Been there twice already and will definitely go again!!!!

Prompt friendly service. I went for shellack but had two nails that were broken. They went above and beyond to make sure that that it looked good by adding a tip to one nail and an overlay on the severely cracked nail so they are all of equal length. Very satisfied

I got my nails done twice here. First time was great except I got cut from the file and it got infected. It was sore for a long time. Second time I asked for a certain style showed the lady what it looked like on my phone and got something completely different. I also got a tiny cut on my cuticle from the electric machine. The acrylic also looks uneven. If I go back I'll go with the lady I went to the first time. Adding a picture of what I wanted and one of what I got. ‼️edit: They called me and fixed my nails. They fixed the unevenness of the acrylic but didn't have the colors of what I wanted. I will be going back soon to get a fill and change to Christmas colors.
