Had gone for a fill at beginning of July and was great. Went back last week, had an appointment booked, and the service was awful. Far too busy to get the nails properly completed both on fingers and toes. Paid $100 (asked for cash) for a fingernail fill and toenail polish change. I got charged and extra $10 onto of the polish change fee to remove old polish. That doesn’t make sense to me. Didn’t file my toe nails, just cut them with a cuticle remover. I had very jagged edges and had to fill at home. Gel Fingernail fill: acrylic bubbled while at salon & she blamed me for touched them. I didn’t not. Then many more bubbled after. I barely had my hands in the lights so nothing got cured properly but there was such a rush to get me gone.

Not a relaxing pedicure at all, they have a door bell go off every time someone enters, its loud and this kid kept going in and out for about an hour. The owner sat on her phone/iPad and chatted, face timed with her little grandson had to listen to the whole thing for at least half an hour, you have no consideration for you clients what do ever. The tech cut my foot and never mentioned it or apologized. Ridiculously expensive. I definitely would not recommend this salon to anyone.

the lady made two of my nails bleed, and cut my cuticle. i had the design open on my phone but she still messed up the french. the first time was okay, then she kept making the sides go higher and higher. the design was $20 extra… not very happy.

Worst pedicure I've ever had and the most expensive in Salmon Arm. I had the manager doing mine she was up and down probably 10 times. Forgot to add the sparkle very little massage no cream. I felt neglected and it was not a pleasant experience with the door chime going off four times each time somebody walked in the front door. I Won't Go Back

Thankyou carol due to my own clumsiness, I broke two nails yesterday. Carol fix them first thing and you can’t even tell that they were ever broken. she’s a magician thank you.
