Got my nails done a few days ago, Tee did an amazing job! She fixed my crooked nails and gave me the best French manicure I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!

I called and asked for a refund because my nails were not what I has asked for (I wanted long black nails and got short red nails) and were horrible, and I was told no, but that I could come in and get them redone for free. I got there, and was told that I had only asked for the colour changed, and to have the rest changed would cost the same as the first time. On the phone, I know I asked for them changed completely because they were not what I wanted, and they AGREED. He also told me that the lady who did my nails had claimed to have painted them the colour I initially wanted and then when I asked her to change them, she did what I had asked, but that never happened. She laughed at my original colour choice, so I changed the colour. She never painted them on with the original colour like she has claimed to. She also said I asked for short nails when I literally showed her a simple photo of long black nails. I was taken advantage of during the process as well, and was not asked if I wanted gel polish ($15) or regular polish ($5), and was given gel polish, forcing me to pay an extra $15. Do not go here if you want good acrylics. I should have looked at photos on their instagram before I went in, because those are all horrible as well. I hate this place and the workers.

The facility is nice and clean and the people are very nice. Unfortunately the quality just isn't good. I have had 2 nails break with gel polish. I have NEVER had that happen before. And the top coat is rubbing off on nails that haven't broken. They didn't put enough coats on to last. I won't return sadly. There's so many salons out there that if I'm disappointed I just move on.

I went in to get a full set of acrylic nails and that’s what I got, however the nails are uneven, messy, and really short even though I said the length I wanted and even showed a picture. They are sooo bad and I’m honestly so embarrassed to have them on my fingers, but I spent $60 on them, so there’s no turning back now. They were very unprofessional and the one doing my nails and another one who was doing nothing spoke in another language the entire time which made me very uncomfortable. On top of that, I asked for black polish and was laughed at. She then kept asking if I was sure and after the other one also laughed at me, I gave up and asked for a different colour. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to get acrylics done unless you want bad nails.

They are very friendly, and always do their best. My nails are always perfect and exactly what I ask for! I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for nail services
