VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. Would give a number less than 1 of I could. I have only gone twice (when it first opened 5 years ago & then today). Both times had the same horrible service. I asked just for a manicure & she kept on saying deluxe & gel, and could barely understand her because she had a hard time with English. She wanted to charge me more, and I heard other workers trying to do the same thing to other people. I said no, just regular manicure. She didn't take off all my old gel polish. She then had me put one hand in the manicure bowl that had cold water with nothing in it. I literally just finished putting it in, and she pulled it out to start cutting cuticles. She finished cutting the one had that was less than 2 minutes, and then did the other. She then made me get up to wash my hands after cutting off the cuticle, which she only spent less than 5 minutes on. Usually places have a damp clothes and do it for you. My nails looked like what they would if I did it myself at home, barely took off any cuticles & my nails feel like when you break a nail. Once I sat back down, she said choose nail polish. I got up & was looking around for a box with all the colors displayed. I had no clue where they were. She then just pointed and yelled, "There." It was just where all the nail polish are kept up with numbers on them. She rushed me to choose a color, then yelled and asked for me to bring it to her. She then put the clear on. It was still wet, and then she put on other nail polish. She then pointed at the place to dry them. I was wainting for her to turn them on, and she then yelled and turned it on for me. She then put the top coat but missed some parts of my nails. Picture was taken when I got home 30 minutes after.

The manicure was very disappointing. It didn’t look good from the start, as if done by a beginner, and by the next day the polish was already chipping and breaking off. Definitely not worth the price.

Very disappointed with my acrylic nails. Not even a week later my nails are lifting My real nail was not connected to the acrylic Everything is getting stuck in my nail! I’ve never had this issue getting my nails done before The shape is not good. After doing my French tips he filled them and removed the white tip I got a gel polish on my toes and it’s already chipping off! I am a mother who doesn’t have a lot of Time for getting my nails done so I would’ve said something to get fixed but that wasn’t the case for me. Everyone was friendly and kind but I’ve never felt so disappointed in getting my nails done Won’t be going back

Had my nails filled and painted here on Saturday and the polish has already chipped on 5 nails. Definitely not worth the $80
