I have been going to this location fairly regularly since they opened and service has always been hit or miss. After my last experience here I won’t be going back. I made an appointment to have acrylics done and after about 2 hours, they were not even remotely close to what I had wanted. It was clearly above his skill level as even with some feedback he did not change his method. I didn’t have time to stay longer so I paid and left unhappy with them. After only 2-3 days, nails started lifting so I called to ask for them to be removed and redone since aside from the looks, they are not even going to stay on my nails. I have just returned from my “fix” where they refused to do a new set(it was a glittery acrylic powder, so the only way to fix is to redo them), so I picked a colour to just paint over them. She dremelled the spots down that were lifting and didn’t even fill it with new acrylic, so there are what look like “dents” in some of my nails, and to top it off, the colour I picked didn’t mask the glitter underneath after 3 coats. She wanted me to leave with blotchy ugly looking nails, and I asked her to please make it look good with the colour I wanted, as I didn’t want to leave unhappy again. Against my wishes of just doing a new set (as I asked for again) she decided to pick a darker colour for me and apply it and refused to do anything else. The dark colour she applied still doesn’t cover the previous design. I’ve always known this wasn’t the best salon, their tools are not cleaned properly(if at all), they will remove your acrylics by peeling them off, and guilt you if you ask to soak them off instead, but it was close to home and convenient for me. I would not recommend this salon nor will I ever go back.

Amazing service guys keep up the great job!! Left being more relaxed than I have been in 2 years. The staff was so amazing and the woman who gave me a pedicure went above and beyond.

Honestly I have been coming here for almost 3 years. It’s one the best salons. They always take care of their costumers. They followed the COVID-19 protocol. It’s a fair price for what you’re getting :)

Great attention to detail. Paint to the edges of my nail, so they look fuller than quality at other salons
