i dropped by to have my nail done; at first i asked for the price with manicure with the gel polish, single color charge $40, two colors charge $65 and if you want to have some design on all nail; another $20 on top. at first i asked for french (that's mean two colors) and i just want two nail with design; she ask that only cost around $2-4 more only, but she advised the one i like, should have the design with all the nail. that's mean total $85 for the whole things; on the manicure; she didn't had a good job as all the nail are not even or same shape and compare to other technician; she didn't do any manicure i believe, just clean the cuticle and put on the gel polish after. anyway, at the end; she told me total is $89.25 and i gave her $100 and ask $5 change back; she told me not enough 10% tip yet and i asked any law for it i need to pay 10% for more tip at all. at the end; took back $100 and just gave what ever she charged and NO TIPS at all. i don't recommend anyone to go there for this service

Despite all the previous negative reviews , ive decided to give it a try and I’ve noticed that they have recently replaced all the staffs . My nail was done with a Japanese technician, she was so patient and delicated and She spent time testing out the colour that I like :)! Lashes done by Susanna was awesome and not a single lash has fallen after a week or even two. I didn’t have the tips / price hiking problem and I think the price is reasonable. This place is a Highly recommended nail and lash salon in Burnaby

Always check reviews. The photos of lashes they show outside the store looked good, so I decided to get my lashes here to save time. I thought I was paying for a classic full set, which is what was on the price list. While the technician was gluing on my extensions, I felt her use some sort of thread or string to pull at my lashes. I had no idea what that was for but I've never had a technician do that before. When she was done, I looked into the mirror to see that she had given me 2D lashes. I was shocked and told her that I thought it was one per lash. She said if I want that, I can get it next time. L O L what next time? Aren't you supposed to ask the client if they want 2D or 3D? The 2D extensions looked terrible, most of them didn't even separate properly so they looked like ugly, thick extensions and they didn't have a nice curl. When I went to pay, the technician had the audacity to ask, "do I punch in the tip myself?" When I got into the car 15 minutes later, one of them already fell off. At least 6 more extensions fell off throughout the day and night. I told my friend about this place and she said her friend used to work there and was a really good technician, but had quit over a year ago. Always, ALWAYS check reviews first.

Dropped by to have my gel polish removed - at first I was quoted 10$ for removal and another 30$ for color change with manicure. When I returned a few minutes later and asked for color removal, the manicurist asked her colleague to let me know that it would now cost 20$ for color removal as I wasn't getting another color put on. Basically, not wanting to do my color removal so hiking up the price. In other words, extortion. She was also rude and unwelcoming so I took my business elsewhere. I will be looking into filing an official complaint.
