The worst hair salon you can ever go to . The owner is very disrespectful and rude. She has no idea how to colour hair . All they do is put pounds of bleach on your head and tell you its your fault. I've had chemical burns on my forehead because just didn't care as long as you sit in their chair. The cleanliness of the place was disgusting, absolutely no sanitation with the tools they use to cut hair , eyebrows and so on. Most of the employees don't speak english, lacking professionalism. They have almost no experience and no education on the services they provide. The owner just wants to take your money. Stay Away! Dont go here !!!! Worst salon in burnaby !!!

Literally the worst salon I have ever been to. I got my hair dyed here a few years ago and was not worth the few hundred I paid. It took them forever, my hair turned out quite dead, and it was not the colour I wanted. I came back for a haircut recently, she cut my hair way too short, insulted me by saying I don’t take care of my hair, dropped the scissors and then proceeded to cut my hair, touched her dog then proceeded to cut my hair, and when her employee messed up she hit her. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
