I had such an amazing experience at this salon, I just had to leave a review. First of all, I got a same-day appointment, which is always nice when you're running around at the last minute getting ready for a big event. I asked for a very specific design and shape so two techs collaborated on my manicure, each focusing on their area of expertise.   While shaping my nails Vicky checked in continuously to make sure I was happy, and patiently made the adjustments I asked for so that it was perfect. During the design process, Tracy let me change my mind about the colours at least 3 or 4 times to make sure the shades were just right. Neither of them got frustrated or made me feel bad about wanting something so detailed, and both took so much time and attention to make sure the manicure was exactly what I wanted. I have been to dozens of salons all over Canada and normally for this type of service and attention to detail I would expect to pay an arm and a leg, but the price for the design and full set was SO reasonable. Due to the quality of work + customer service, combined with the price, I will recommend this salon again and again. Thank you Tracy, Vicky and the team at Vinpearl. See you soon!

Avoid this place at all costs. Took the girl 2 hours to do my fill, while the rest of the staff was sitting around doing each other’s nails. One staff member started to fill another ones nails after I was an hour into my appointment and finished before me. Very unprofessional, my nails are all different shapes and when I asked if someone else could fix them they all ignored me so I just ended up leaving. They obviously don’t care about there customer service and on top of it all half of the staff members had their masks around their chin. They obviously don’t care about the pandemic or the safety of the customers either.
