I got shellac with a design on my real nails and within the first week i already had the top layer of the shellac peeling off. I believe it was not cured properly as many nails followed the same peeling and cracking. Within two weeks I had to cut my nails off as one nail completely broke off. They are super sweet and I'm sure they would have helped me out if I had gone back.

Their prices are pretty good and they do a pretty decent job but the couple of times I've been here, there was always a little something I was displeased with after leaving. I suspect a lot of it is just me being not picky so I don't think it's fair to ding them too much for this. The thing that gets me the most is that it's a very cramped, disorganized space that leaves a bit to be desired in cleanliness. I'm not a germophobe so I don't get too icked out by it, but if you are you may not like this space that much. I don't think they are unsanitary, I definitely raise my eyebrows at times. That said, they clearly have LOTS of regulars who really value their services and come highly recommended in my neighbourhood.

Amateur work. Place is rundown. Not sure how they have such a high rating. I’m going to assume a major staff changeover.
