Stella Nails is the best experience I have EVER had getting my nails done (and I’ve been getting my nails done for close to 10 years). Jasmine’s attention to detail stole my heart! She is SO TALENTED, the shape is always perfect, and her painting skills are excellent. I make a special trip all the way from Abbotsford to get my nails done with her. I can’t go anywhere without receiving several compliments on my nails. The whole team is friendly and kind, I always enjoy my visits to Stella Nails! I won’t go anywhere else. Great value, amazing quality, and all the girls are so friendly :) Can’t wait to see you next time!

Went there to get my first ever set of acrylics and was extremely disappointed. I bite my nails and so they have always been quite short. I was worried that they wouldn’t be able to put acrylics on my nails as they were so short and damaged. However, they assured me twice (once over the phone, once in the chair) that they would be able to do it. When the woman who did my nails first saw my natural nails, she laughed at me, along with the employee next to her. While I understand that my nails are quite short from bitting them, I did not appreciate being laughed at. I feel embarrassed and unwelcome. Then she started doing my nails and all was fine until I noticed that they were pointing up substantially. I have never had acrylics before but I knew that this was not correct. I quickly asked her to fix it (before she put any polish on them) because I did not like how they looked and they seemed like a hazard. She said she would fix them “later” by “putting powder on them.” I wasn’t exactly sure how this would work but I trusted her and moved on. By the end of the appointment she had not fixed it and they did not look good whatsoever. The total came out to $84 and I tipped $16 ($100 total). After speaking with my friends and family who have gotten acrylics done before and realizing that they were severely worse than I thought, I went back. I asked for a refund and for them to take the nails off as I was concerned that if I caught my nails on anything, they would rip my whole nail off. They seemed surprised and tried to convince me that it was my fault because I had short nails (again I asked them twice if they were able to do it, and if they couldn’t have done them properly I would have been much happier if they had told me the truth.) They then said they could “fix them” but I asked them how that was possible if they said it was my natural nails fault for making them stick up so high. After some back and forth they agreed to give me a refund on the price but not the tip. They then stated however that they would not take them off because they would have to grind them off and they were worried that they would damage my natural nails because they were already so weak and thin. At the end I left with $85 and acrylics that I will have to find my own way to remove. Safe to say I will not be going back.

Love the quality and personality of the ladies working here. Mimi is very talented and knowledgeable. I am a repeat customer and as Mimi has moved on Cynthia keeps my nails in check. Great foot massage from Ruby.

First time here and I am not happy with their cleaning duties. She didn't even disinfect the chair or the table. The nails bits are not even in alcohol solution. She kept using her phone then working on my nails. One hand the nails are too thick bubbly and the other hand blending down natural(which I prefer). My first and last time here.

First time coming here. Came to get my acrylic nails off. I've had some painful and abrasive experiences with people taking nails off. My nails are so thin right now, but the whole experience was gentle and she ensured my real nail didn't get filed down further. She also finished it off with a manicure and quick-drying clear polish (without me requesting it). Awesome service. She knew what she was doing. I would def go back to the same person to have my natural nails done.
