I really unhappy with the service. First of all master was rush like she was later or something. I even asked her doesn't be rush. Second all my nails was different shape and I asked like 4-5 times make it in one shape but still. When she done it all my nails edges was sharp and rough and , I just took nail file and finished by myself. And finally today is just 3d day (I get nails on Friday evening) and it starts pulling off. So i am really disappointed!

Great place. Unlike other places ladies who work here listen to you, and do as you tell them. They give suggestions, but they let you decide what you want to do. They are kind, and gentle and know what they are doing. The price is cheaper than other places too, I would highly recommend this place especially if you live in Yaletown.

I’ve been here a few times and I love the service and the quality of work they do. Average in price but these ladies are super kind and sweet. They work together when they aren’t able to do a design and help each other out. It feels like a happy place to get your nails done.
