Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Vivian is a true nail artist! I’d highly recommend this place.

Went in for a pedicure and received terrible service :( Extremely rushed and poor job. My appointment was for 1:30. Once I reached, I was assigned a seat and asked to dip my feet in cold water. I had to wait for half an hour for my service to start. When I called someone to increase the temperature of the water, they emptied and filled the foot soak to less than half capacity and made me wait for longer after. Finally, when someone got free to attend to me, the whole thing was rushed to complete it in 15 mins. No proper scrubbing, buffing etc. Nails were trimmed and filed unevenly, I had to insist on fixing it. Nail paint was applied in a rush before applying lotion and massaging (I had to remind the person to apply the lotion) and because the nail paint was applied before, lotion was just smeared on partially and left. This is the worst service I’ve received in Vancouver.

Staff are efficient and I'm always happy with the finished result. Clean interior with fair pricing.
