Sadly, I really wanted to love this place because it's close to me and rated pretty well. However, after leaving about 2 hours ago, my fingers are burning. I booked with one nail tech and maybe 10 minutes in, she told me her coworker would take over. This is where it went downhill. The coworker had just finished with another client and didn't even clean the station. The new girl was very rough and doing things so quickly. She trimmed my cuticles very aggressively and when I washed my hands, two of my fingers started to bleed. One of my nails needed to be filled with gel and she did a great job on the gel - but the rest of the manicure experience was tainted by the fact that I had bloody fingers and a sloppy job. When I went to pay, they asked me if I was sure I was happy with the job done. Absolutely not but I really just wanted to avoid conflict and know that I would never be back again. Edit: Shellac polish is lifting off already. Don't waste your money like I did.

My favourite place to get nails done at a good price. I always book with Sophie because she pays a lot of attention to detail and files my acrylics down so well they’re never bubbly. Would definitely recommend!

Christy did my manicure for me today, they were very busy but I never felt like she was rushing. She was very nice and personable during my appointment. Love the shape and colour of my nails and it was a great value compared to other salons for a shellac manicure. Thank you Coquitlam Nails!
