10s 10s 10s across the board 🙌 Absolutely love my nails thanks to the fabulous Vanessa (highly recommend) Jenny and Vanessa made me feel so welcome, it was my first time here and I plan to continue staying here for all my nail needs! Extremely friendly, very clean, followed covid protocols, extremely efficient, constantly checking with me if I was happy with my nails as Vanessa worked on them. I left there happy, confident and feeling beautiful 💕

I went to Bello's to get my nails done for my birthday, I sent a picture of which set I wanted over a week before. When I came in for my appointment, the employees were rude and brushed me off a lot; at first, I tried to ignore it because I didn't want it to ruin my day, but when I saw what they did to my nails, my day was 100% ruined. Furthermore, it is difficult for me to afford the expensive services at Bello's because I am a student, I was expecting to have exceptional nails. At first, the lady doing my nails ignored me whenever I attempted to engage in any conversation with her or even when I complimented her. When she began shaping my nails, she did a rounded shape, even though I asked for a coffin/ballerina shape. So, she had to make my acrylics even shorter, against my wishes. The lady refused to redo them. When I asked her to since the length was way too short for my preference. Moreover, when she filed my nails, she cut me numerous times, leaving my fingers and nails sore for the next few days. The nails were bumpy, lumpy, uneven, you name it! The lady was careless about her work and my well-being, It was genuinely awful. I tried not to cry when walking out of their business due to the pure disbelief and disgust of what they did to my nails. After this experience, I will not be returning and do not recommend anyone to ever go there; you will only be disappointed with a dent in your bank account. Despite my faith in their business being non-existent, I still tried to call the receptionist to ask for a redo. Unfortunately, instead of being understanding and sorry for the terrible service I had received, she attempted to manipulate me into thinking that my nails were somehow wonderful and that I was simply delirious. Bello's Nail Studio is filled with no one except terrible nail technicians and a receptionist with an ego higher than my hopes for the business when I first entered.

After trying out so many nail salons, I will definitely be staying with Bello's for the long run. The store was welcoming, clean and the workers are friendly and professional. The quality and service was also top notch! Would recommend to anyone looking to get their nails done.

This is the best nail salon I've been to in the tri cities. I've been going there for a few months now to get solar nails and I love them! The attention to detail and the discussions of true crime are my favourite part haha. Super friendly, clean and just awesome. Love my nails everytime.

Cleanest and most professional salon. They have the best selection of colours and powders and the nail techs can expertly do any design requested. Highly recommend!
