My friends had complains about you, then I found out from the people working at ur salon, you talked behind my back. Unprofessional. You were 2 HOURS late, people working at the SAME salon, told me how you talked behind my back, and my friends back, i have proof. Also delete my pictures of my hands from your insta. You don’t have consent. ( Tracy) do not talk behind my back, then act innocent on google, thanks. Many of my friends stopped going because of your rude, attitude, MANY google reviews state how you were rude, disorganized. Which is true, you also TALKED about a client behind her back to me. Think about your actions. Don’t blame the client. Best of luck.

Trekked here from Vancouver because of good ratings. Mostly disappointed. Made appointments for two people, took 2.5 hours. We told them we had to leave by a specific time for another appointment and said if we didn't have time to do both we would skip the manicure. Or course they wanted to do both services and promised it would be done in time (was not). The most important thing to note is we were sitting in the pedicure massage chairs and when mine was emptied the water poured all over the floor and cords. Luckily the chairs were broken or positivity we could have been seriously hurt. Won't be coming back here.

This is the best nail salon I've been to. The staff listens to your needs and provides you exactly what you need. They are very friendly and great at customer service.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The salon its self is clean and spacious and when I got my acrylics done they looked amazing and lasted over a month! However I got my acrylics removed today and I was in excruciating pain and still am later on today. They pried my acrylic off with another fake nail and pulled off a part of my actual nail in the center! It hurt so bad I had to ask her to stop. They should only take acrylics off with acetone because it’s extremely dangerous and damaging to pry the nail off. I’m scared my nail will get infected. It hurts a lot and I will never get acrylics again. The lady taking them off was very kind and didn’t mean to hurt me of course, just remember to ask them to use acetone only to remove your acrylics.
