I visit this location regularly. I always see Aurora! For her gel manicures with nail art! Her work is detailed and she is so talented! I always love what she does to my nails! She is amazing! I can’t stress that enough! I will continue to visit this location to see her!

I’ve been coming here on and off for a few years as it’s close to my job, and always had a good experience. The last while Kaylee has been doing my nails, she’s nice with good attention to detail :) Sometimes the appointments take a little longer than expected, so I just make sure to give myself some extra time just in case. I love the efficiency of the online booking system as well. I also personally like watching the shows they put on in the background.

Come here frequently because live close by. Girls are doing nails very well! This nail bar is nice clean, cozy. Good place to give yourself a break .

I have been a customer of the Marine Gateway location since 2017. I have had a few bad experiences at the salon. I usually do not say much because I cannot express myself well enough English. However, this time I feel it is time for me to speak up about the quality of your salon's services. I keep going to the salon only because it is closer to where I live, and I don't usually have time to go to other places. Today I was booked for a manicure and pedicure session. I ended up only having the manicure session as during the service, the person who was doing my manicure cut off my skin badly, and my finger was bleeding for half of the session. She did apologize once, but that was not enough. I was bleeding a lot, and I was in pain, and I wanted to get out of there. She did not ask how I was or if I needed something, which reminds me of another experience at your salon. One of your employees scratched my skin so hard that it took out part of my skin, to the point that I still have the scar, years later. I am genuinely disappointed by the experience. I understand accidents can sometimes happen, but more than once, it is not normal, and the attention I received during the incidents was not at the level of the prices I was charged nor the level of the incidents.

The Marine Gateway location is my go-to. It isn’t too busy so I’m always able to get an appointment time that I want. The service is great and the technicians are so kind and professional. Lots of parking too which is a bonus!
