Carmen is extremely professional, kind and patient. The entire experience was all around a very positive one. I could not be more satisfied or happier with the results. Care, courtesy and cleanliness are the order of the day. Thank you, Carmen

I have been staying in Radium for the summer for the past 10 years and this year booked an appointment for myself and my daughter to have gel nails done. The nail tech Jaime is amazing! I was nervous to try a new salon but All Dolled Up is awesome! The staff is super friendly and made us feel like one of their regulars. The salon is clean and bright. I can't say enough about how great our nails look! We will be back!! Highly recommend!

I love Jaime and all the ladies at All Dolled Up!! They are so hilarious and always make my nail experience a good one! My mom and I got our nails done twice this summer at All Dolled Up and both times I left blown away by Jaime’s skills and super happy with my nails! Both times I showed Jaime a picture of what I wanted and she executed them both perfectly, even better than the pictures! All Dolled Up is by far the best place to get your nails done if you’re in Radium or Invermere and I can’t wait to come back next summer to see Jaime and all the amazing staff again!

My wife booked an appointment for 12:30. I listened to her booking and knew her communication was done correctly. She was excited for a cut from Christine. She was called at 10:30 the booking day to ask if she could switch her appointment from 2 to 1:30. When she said her appointment was for 12:30 she was bluntly told there was nothing to be done for it. She could not get her hair cut at the time she had booked for with Christine. (She had to be at work for 1:30 so 2 PM did not work). No alternative time or day was suggested by Christine. A half hearted apology was given but was inadequate. The talk in the Valley is that this happens regularly. Very disappointing. Perhaps if on line booking was done these mistakes would be eliminated. Very poor service and response.

They didn’t listen to what we asked and cut my sons hair too short. Thanks, we had only been growing it out for this for 4 months. Thank you for responding. You never left a message, so I am not sure where you called. Second, my wife was trying to be positive in front of our son, is she supposed to tell him his hair isn’t what we wanted? Third, if you need pictures to show you what a mullet looks like, I can’t help you.
