I came in with my daughter to get a full set of nails. They ground down her nails way to far, my daughter was crying when we left. The polish didn't stay and they overcharged $20 more than they initially said making excuses that did not make sense for the extra charges. Stay clear of this place. The bad reviews are HONEST reviews. And I see how they try and reply on here and accuse the customers of wrong doing. NOT PROFESSIONAL. Accept that you need better service practices. I am not even sure the old man that worked on her nails is licensed, and he took forever. Overall, horrible experience.

BEWARE BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE FOR NAILS. my nails were ground down way to far and my appt that should have taken 45 mins took almost 3 hours! all my nails and nail beds hurt after. Was charged way more, looks like a 4 year old painted my nails and they offered NO refund. Told me to come have them fixed... NOT. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN, and hopefully this review saves other people from this horrible place.

I have been here 3 times so far and it’s the only time that I never had an chips on my shellac manicures. I have extremely weak nails. My nails have never looked better! Gina is so very talented. Great personality. Very very pleased with the quality of work. Nice clean salon. And the location is so convenient!!
