I came as a walk-in for a pedicure on a Saturday and I they were able to take me in right away. The staff was very friendly and polite :)

The first time I went there, I received very professional and value-for-money service - which made me go there again, however, the second time was bad. I was not satisfied at all. Helen did my pedicure in a rush. She was more concerned about the time and going home. My toe nails were filed and buffed in a rush. When I asked, she said they were fine and did not do anything to them. I asked if I could get a manicure done coz I thought they closed at 7pm, she said no, she could not do it as they normally close at 6pm. Apparently she mentioned they don't accept walk-ins and do only bookings, but she still agreed to do mine. EFTPOS machine was not working. She said only cash payment, no card. So I had to withdraw money as I only had card on me. No air conditioner, it was super hot inside. Overall, I couldn't care less anymore about it after a while and just wanted to get out of there.

Great salon, hard to find a place that has you going back again and again. This place is a gem!

The girls here are amazing. Salon is very clean and each work area is just as clean! I am here every 4-6 weeks and they are always on point with every idea I bring them!
