I've been here 3 times and every experience has been very positive. The front desk and nail tech staff are always welcoming and accommodating. Today, Allison fixed one of my chipped nails and wouldn't let me pay for it or give her a tip. This is my new go-to nail spot.

I waited 15 mins past my appointment time and was ignored even tho there were pedicure seats available. Only when I said I was going to leave did I get seated. The lady said to put my feet in the water but the water was scalding hot and my foot turned all red. She used a hard nail brush, which was old and ratty, to scrub my toes and vigorously scrubbed the top of my foot until I yelped out and told her to stop. I said it so many times but she ignored me so I pulled my foot out of her grasp. It hurt so bad especially on my scalded foot. I should have left but decided to see where this would go… at the beginning of the appointment She tossed the color book at me. She didn't do the color I asked for. When I told her it was the wrong color she just stared at me and blinked. She Never spoke a word to me the whole time and glared at me most of the time. Perhaps she’s didn’t speak English but you can still convey that or be pleasant. It was so uncomfortable. She told me I had an ingrown toenail (which I don't) she dug her tools in me and cut my nails so short I bled. So much pain. The nail polish was bumpy and swirly. She used the dirty water to do the hot (Luke warm) towel on my legs. No massage. She didn't put my toenails under the dryer. She insisting on jamming my feet into my sandals and wouldn't give me my shoe back when I said I would do it myself. This was the worst and oddest experience I've ever had. She just left when she was done without saying anything to me. I complained to the manager who just shrugged it off. I didn't tip and they seemed outraged about this. They are lucky I even paid at all but I just wanted to get out of there. Never. Ever. Again! 2 days later and my foot is still red.

One of the best places I've been to. Always remember my name. I recently moved to Vancouver. I was in the area so I popped in. I don't think I've ever had to wait. Great service. Highly recommend checking it out.

If you want to go, don't go when they are busy. They rushed through my acrylic nail appointment to get to their next clients. My gel application was bumpy with tiny hair holes, she missed bits on the sides so you just see bare nail, and as well not all my nails were the same shape. It's been two weeks and the nails are popping off already. Horrible application.
