DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I took my car to Ok-Tire to get an out of province inspection. They told me that my lower left ball joint was worn and needed replacement. They also told me that this part was not available (not true) and I needed to replace the control arm for $700. The next day I called them to book my free re-inspection and they told me that I had to replace the whole control arm because it is not possible to replace just the ball joint, which is false, and contradicts what they said earlier. I took my car to a trustworthy mechanic and they found nothing wrong with the lower ball joint and it passed the inspection. Ok-Tire will try to take advantage of you. They call themselves OK-Tire, but I'm not OK and I'm tired of mechanics trying to scam people they think are naïve.

We are so glad we stopped at this OK Tire to get help. Braylon helped out us and when I asked him to explain what was going on, he took the time to explain what was going on, what it would take to fix it, the cost and the timeline. I really appreciated the work they did in a short timeline as we needed to get back on the road. The price was reasonable and the work was completed in time which is so appreciated when you’re on vacation time :) We were very impressed with our dealings with Braylon and this OK Tire!

Got my tires changed over and they were fast! They also gave my truck an inspection while they were at it, and it was best price in town.
