I don’t know what happened to this place. I came for a pedicure and it was so dirty in there. They have these big dirty stained pillows on all chairs and you can just see they have never been cleaned. I was looking around and could see layers of dust on tables and was seriously off put. I don’t think the owner Sheila really cares. This place use to be great a few years ago but it has seriously gone down hill. No new colours or designs. They definitely don’t keep up with the new nail trends. You can tell everyone is uninterested while working. They really need to close this place for a few days and do a deep clean. Prices have gone up quite a bit as well.

My nails turned out so perfect and the service was beyond my expectation. I recommend that you ask for Jan. She’s very gentle and she makes sure are pleased with her work. No small talk just straight professionalism. Spacious and clean. - Stacey

Love this place so much! Drive all the way from Delta to get my nails done. The staff is very nice and professional. The prices are fair when considering quality.

Disappointed with the work. The whole set was shaped like a ski hill slop. Natural nails don't stick high in the air. They didn't bother asking what the issue was nor offered to fix them. They don't take accountability for poor work, just extremely rude on the phone. All the negative reviews regarding rude staff have been accurate and suprised they don't take that as feedback to fix the issue. Would not recommend this place.

I've been going to Jan for about 2.5 years for my acrylic nails and I'm obsessed with her talent! I recommend Jan and Haute Nails to everyone I know because their talent is unmatched. The other day, I showed Jan a picture of a design I wanted (pink monochromatic nails). So, Jan starts picking out colors that were exactly like the picture except for one of the colors. I asked her if she would be able to find a different shade, but Jan let me know that the salon didn't have the same color as the picture. So, I asked Jan to just scratch the idea and that I'll just do a solid color on my nails instead of doing the monochromatic nails because my nails wouldn't have ended up looking like the picture. We were sitting beside Sheila and her client who at the time were not having a conversation with each other. After I asked Jan to do a solid color, Sheila scoffed. I understand that Sheila could've scoffed at anything, but there was no conversation happening in the salon at that time except for Jan and I so, I know it was towards me. Probably because I asked for a design then decided that I didn't. Again, only because I know I wouldn't have been happy with my nails if they didn't look like the original design in the picture. Mind you, I didn't make Jan dig around for colors. Every color she picked out was perfect, except for that one color that I thought was off compared to the picture. This all happened less than 5 minutes. I didn't waste Jan's time and I didn't waste my appointment time on making Jan find the right colors for the design. I will still continue to come back because all the nail techs are so talented and hardworking and I want to give them my business, but I think Sheila can work on her professionalism as a business owner.
