Very professional and extremely clean. I really like the way they treat their customers! Super polite. Main thing is they know what they are doing and they do it good. My feet are smooth, they make sure cuticle are perfect. My pedicure looks amazing every time.

Over priced. The cushion on the seats was very uncomfortable, I couldn’t wait for the mani/pedi to end. The nice thing was this place is quiet and they don’t rush you. However there was a lot of obvious quality issues with my nails that they had to fix afterwards I called them out. Didn’t expect that from such an expensive place. Edit: After 3 days my nail colour started to chip and bubble. A nail also broke cause it wasn’t filed/cut properly during the manicure. I’ve never had this happen with shellac nails. Definitely will not be going back here

All while providing exceptional service from start to finish. This is a modern, quiet, clean, relaxing space with friendly staff that are so accommodating. They use and carry only high quality and exclusive products to ensure you are receiving only the best. The staff at Shi Nail are very skilled and are always growing with new and current trends and techniques. This is not your typical nail salon and you most certainly get what you pay for! Like any business, if you're ever unsure about pricing, you could just practice asking :)

The nail technicians are always very attentive to detail, the gelish polish and their application is always flawless and lasts forever! Seriously I've been putting off getting my nails redone b/c of covid but other than my nails growing out. They look perfectly fine
