They sell moondrop grapes here which were awesome. Tubular fresh grapes which are stick shaped. Highly recommend trying them as they are crisp, juicy, and sugary sweet. They also have a nice hot foods section like those you find at Safeway with Roast chicken and onion rings. Both tasted acceptable to good and were affordable. What's cool is they also sell a bunch of speciality items like fancy cheese, artisan sodas, and assorted olives. Basically it's a very well stocked grocery store with everything you need and comparable to big city grocery stores.

I know it’s 8:51 on a Wednesday but that doesn’t mean customer service stops. After a great day of driving through BC and a ton of great customer service moments, was bummed my day ended with the two cashiers who were full of excuses. I get it, your friends are in line, and I get it that it’s hard to find good help these days, but these two cashiers need to find work elsewhere as they are ruining a brand that I shop at regularly in other cities. Not cool guys. Up your game.

Best part about this place was the air conditioning in the summer, haha. A good selection, it's the main grocery store in Fernie. Save on Foods, in general, is a bit overpriced, so that is a factor here, but they have a good bakery section at this location, which is more than i can say about most other ones.

Great place to park up and sit. One on the best Save on Foods car park I have been to. Didn't even make it into the store as I was having so much fun.
