All the staff is really nice. When I went to get a haircut and a colour everyone was really attentive. However I did not got the colour that I asked for. After a few hours I decide to send an email to let them know that I didn’t get the colour that I ask for and if I could get a colour correction. I did mention that the staff was really nice in the email and that my hair looks way more healthy, just making sure I was polite, because I thought, well this is the kind of place that cares about the costumers. I was asked if I could send the reference I showed to the hairdresser, which I did, and then they said they were not sure what I believe it is missing cause it’s really similar to my result. I asked for a chocolate brown, and my hair is darker now than my natural hair.The only reason why I was willing to go to an expensive place is because I didn’t wanted to deal with what I’m dealing right now. it’s been 3 days and they seem to not care to fix the problem. Keep in mind before you book an appointment that if you don’t get the results that you ask for, you are going to have to pay double and find somewhere else to fix it. I am really upset because everyone was really nice when I had my appoinment, and now I have to keep trying to contact them to find a solution.

Driving an hour from kelowna on your day off only to find out they accidentally cancelled your appointment....? I can’t even justify trying to re-book another appointment with them now. Be careful when booking.

Pomme Penticton is amazing! The staff are so sweet and very accommodating. I am always MORE than happy with my hair afterwards. Jen is incredible...I’m obsessed with my hair. 100% would recommend.
