My friend and I where last minute walks in. The staff was both super friendly and efficient. They where speedy but did an amazing job. They take great care about ensuring you have a great experience. They seem to remember repeat clients but also welcome new ones. The prices are right on par with the industry standards. They book appointments but also welcome walks in. They even called in staff when the business pick up. I would recommend for a quick relaxing treatment or a full spa day.

Very, very pleased with my gel manicure. Helen did an amazing job. She was a perfectionist when she was doing my manicure. My nails have never looked this good!

Update: Jasmine from the salon reached out after reading my initial post. She reviewed my concerns with me and invited me in for a make up pedicure. I went today and Jasmine did a wonderful job. She was thorough, checked in to make sure that I was aware of what she was using and the cost for the polish. Thankful that this business took enough time to try and rectify the situation. Initial post: This is my second visit here. The location and booking availability is what brought me back the second time. First time the shellac polish wasn’t cured fully, and I ended up with bumpy nail polish. I went back a second time recently and confirmed what I thought after my last appointment. The staff are un-professional and not well trained. The girl doing my pedicure used the rough loofah (that she was using to smooth the callus on my heels) on the top of the foot, leaving me with scratches. The bright yellow oil that she rubbed on after left the scratches swollen and itchy for days. The cost of a pedicure with shellac is $58. I know places that do a professional job for $35.

Visiting Kelowna from Calgary and got my nails done here yesterday. Ambika was so lovely and did such a great job, (I got a new set of gel tips). Kind and professional, I’d go back for sure!
