i love this place, the salon has a very nice feel to it. Go to Vicky if you want the best nails!! she is the only tech who has ever listened to my exact instructions, although she is sometimes behind schedule she makes up in talent

Have been going to this salon for close to a year. Was so happy to finally find a mail tech I liked! Then last visit I’m informed that she will no longer be doing gel? First off, extremely unprofessional of her to not tell he clients herself… Second, I was told she would go back after summer, only doing shellac and pedicures for now ( meaning…she can make more money doing those services) Nice! I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this business, only to be told, thanks but I don’t need you anymore! I could understand if she stopped taking new clients for the summer, but what about the clients who have been loyal to her? Bad bad way to do business! I’ll be finding a new tech and telling everyone I know of this poor customer service!

Visited from Toronto and one of my nails broke on my trip before my engagement phtooshoot- went here and they were so fast, professional and thoughtful while fixing. Would recommend 100%!

This nail salon was just okay, I was drawn to it for its modern design and went in for a pedicure. I waited about 10 min from my appointment time until she began the pedicure and it lasted only 30 min when it says 45 min on their website. She also cut my nails much shorter than what i asked for and did not talk at all or introduce herself. Not the best or worst experience but i probably wont come back.

I came on time for my appointment but the technician decided to continue catering to her existing client while ignoring the fact that her next client is waiting for the appointment. Time is money ! If you expect that clients come on time and respect the technicians time , then they need to remember that the client expects the same! Very disappointed!
