So I went here for a gel manicure and they seemed ok, couldn't speak English well but seemed friendly enough. After about 5 days later my nail polish started to lift off my nails all around the edges. I called them a few days later after it was just getting worse. They told me to come in to fix. I get there and the lady is arguing with me telling me it's normal and my nails are just growing out...sorry but gel is supposed to last at least 2-3 weeks not 5 days to a week and not totally be lifting off.. anyways after arguing a bit someone "fixed" them by putting another layer of top coat which of course did nothing and 5 mins after I got home was lifting again. The next day my nails were even worse chipping and lifting off. Total waste of money and time! I'd never go here again.

I am regular customer at Divas since 2018, I never had any broken nails or had nails fall off. My daughter received a graduation gift certificate at Nailli nail salon and used it for her grad nails on Thursday. Several nails fell off the next day, Friday. I called that salon to fix the nails but they could not help me. I called my salon, Divas, and the owner packed up their bag and came to my house and fixed my daughters nails while she has getting hair and make up done. They always provide me great service and even though they are busy on Saturdays, they made time for my daughter's special event. Plus, they give the best pedicures.
