I gave one star because zero is not an option! I am sure the 5 star reviews on here are fake posts. This was by far the worst experience I have had as a customer ever, I left crying and they didnt even care ! I got a new set of nails. I told them I wanted what I had on my hands but would like a fresh set. Two of them looked at them and said yes I can do that! So I was excited. They proceeded to do it not how they wanted. I told her a few times while she was doing them that I didn't like it like that but she didn't listen. Finished them the way she did. And when I started crying when seeing the final look she yelled at me for not liking what she did. She has been doing it for 15 years and she knows how to do them not me. They charged me full price even though they didn't listen to what I wanted. They don't care what the customer wants just what they want. This was not okay ! And I truly hope you don't go there to be treated this way. I'm sure any other salon in town would be better than this place.

EDITED* UPON RESPONDING TO THE OWNERS REPLY TO THIS REVIEW, WE CALLED 88 DIVINE AS REQUESTED AND SHE WAS AGAIN SO RUDE AND REFUSED TO EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SOMEONE FROM HER SHOP IS FALSELY REPLYING WITH GOOD INTENTIONS ON GOOGLE REVIEWS TO CHAT ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED. HUNG UP ON US AGAIN. * ORIGINAL REVIEW* Horrible experience! Do Not Go here! If I could give less than 1 star I would. OCTOBER 1, 2021 My roommate treated herself to getting her nails done as a new mum, her first outing without baby. The technician was rude, so rude, didnt listen to her when she said she didnt like how she was doing her french manicure, (the white is so far down on her nails giving her hands a stumpy shortened look, they are bumpy with ridges, with no traditional arch following the line of the finger, and the polish is streaky) The technician yelled at her in the salon in front of staff and customers when she finished and roommate was still unsatisfied, humiliating her and making her cry. A kind staff member offered to pay for them as she saw how awful the owner was treating this woman, she too got blasted and told "you cant do that you work here!" This new mum came home in tears with nails poorly done, that cost her $76 (they did take off $4), and so upset. I called the salon and they were equally as rude saying "we dont care. we do what we want" and hung up on me when I inquired about refunding her money or have the option of me going to the newspaper. This customer is the kindest most mild human I know and would never complain unless there was a darn good reason. She even offered to come back another time so they could be done correctly, that's the kind of person she is. but was again met with accusations of trying to leave without paying(she was crying in the corner hoping to melt into the floor, not trying to leave at all), being yelled at by the technician/owner that "I've done this for 15 years, I do it my way". Yikes.
