I have only known Diana for about 6 months, but she and her business has made a big impact on my life! Unlike most other spas in town, or anywhere really, she really develops a personal relationship with her customers. She doesn't treat you as "just another customer." She sends out reminders a day or two ahead of your appointment as a reminder and she always follows up to hear how you are doing. If she missed a spot or something initially you can give her a shout and she would fix it without an additional fee on your own time. And not to mention her prices are one of the lowest in town! This really is a great spa and small business to support! I'll recommend Lady Di Esthetics to anyone!
