A lovely nail salon with fantastic service. And kate did an incredible job of my nail. Highly recommend!

Jul 29, 2021
I went in for a gel manicure with super minimalistic nail art, after calling to request someone that is really good with nail art. After being there and watching her attempt it 4 times, I said we could do something different that may be easier, but she told me she would just keep trying it. I requested us changing it twice, as I’ve had this design before and it only took 45 minutes to complete the service. I was here for over an hour and a half, and left with an uneven french tip that is really just straight lines at the tops of my nails, and cuticles cut up so bad my skin is now peeling from my nails and bleeding. I didn’t want to make a big deal of it in the salon and upset the nail artist, so I decided to just pay and leave because I was so annoyed at this point. I called back shortly after leaving to request a refund, because I didn’t have the time nor desire to come back to get it fixed. The owner called me a while later while at I was at work so I spoke with him today instead, and wow what a rude individual. I work in the beauty industry and personally would never argue and gaslight a client that was upset with their service. He told me they would not issue me a refund because of a) their policy is to give a 30% credit on the next service (no fix offered to me) and b) “i got home and decided i didn’t like them anymore” and “i never requested nail art on the phone” and “i never said anything in salon” all which is untrue. I spoke up several times wanting to change the design until we were going so long on time i just said to do the french tip. After trying to explain all of this over the phone politely to the owner and being met with an aggressive tone, I’m incredibly displeased with my service, but at this point I’m more so upset with the owners business practices, after all of this I have no refund and was only offered a 30% credit to come back in to get them fixed? Why would I give you anymore money after that? Don’t waste your time here, the owner is not worth supporting.

A comfortable, highly attentive place to get your nails done. The technicians are highly knowledgeable and they last for around 3 weeks!
