NO STARS!! I went here recently just to get my acrylic nails taken off. It was dirty unorganized in the back part of the salon. She filed my nails down with the drill until they burned.. My nails were so sensitive for almost a week. Rude unprofessional customer service.

I went for eyebrow and upper lip threading and the lady said we only do waxing and I said ok, she did waxing all in 5 mins and when I came home I had to redo it. Very unprofessional and I DON’T recommend this place for eyebrow waxing

Worst experience ever at a nail salon. I called yesterday evening. The hours online said they're open till 7 but I was informed over the phone that they were closing earlier at 6. I had acrylics and wanted to get them removed to put on shellac polish. It was almost 6 so I told them I understand if they weren't able to fit me in. They insisted they had time. She started removing my nails. Rather than soaking them off she started peeling / ripping them off with a nail extension. I was already apprehensive when she started using that technique as most salons will not do that. She had poked my fingers a few times with the sharp extension and I asked her to be careful. It seemed like they were just trying to squeeze in one more profit before closing shop. She was barely paying attention and was more focused on the clock. The nail tech slipped and cut my thumb open from underneath my nail, into my nail bed. The extension went clear through and there was blood. Lots of it. No one new what to do. No one had a first aid kit. I ran my hand under cold water. At this point I wanted to leave. SHE GRABBED ME BY THE THUMB SHE JUST SLICED OPEN AND CONTINUED THE MANICURE. The other girl at the nail salon tried to reassure me but my hand was throbbing and still is 24 hours later. I really didn't want to say anything but this was by far the worst nail salon experience ever. And then they still charged me full price for the manicure. Don't go here if you value safety and professional service. ( also one of the staff members was not wearing a mask, they used USED nail files and the clippers didn't look like they had been sanitized since the last use, so many red flags I ignored because I know how hard it has been for small businesses)

Got my acrylics removed and the lady took them off, but she didn't take the glue of the acrylics off, she said it was "a stain and it will go away." It never did, I don't recommend going here, I thought I would give them a try despite the poor reviews, but sadly I have to agree, and the price board + website isn't right, they changed their prices.

I don't understand all the negative reviews, for $30 I think it's a pretty good pedicure. Feels like there's good safety precautions in place...masks are mandatory for everyone, only every second chair is in use, hanging plexiglass between the chair and the esthetician. Clean and very polite, I've enjoyed coming here for years.
