I've been going to Lily for lashes for a couple years now and I've followed her to this salon. She is incredibly gentle, efficient and talented. My lashes are durable and long lasting. Highly recommend!

Overall everything was good but you should make sure to train all the employees to respect and give good services. They’re always on their phone or distracted or doing other things. I corrected the lady doing my nails on one thing and she made such a facial expression and said somethjng to the girl beside her it really pushed me off. Do better.

I don’t like to write reviews, usually when I don’t like a place I just don’t go back. But my experience at this salon yesterday definitely earned one. Booked with Alina and at first she was super sweet and I was overall really happy with my nails and how quick she is. However, when I had my hand in the UV lamp I took it out for a few seconds to look at them as well as reposition my fingers and she SNAPPED at me while she was talking to another nail tech. She looked at me with this mean disgusted look and scolded “PUT YOUR HAND BACK IN” it shocked me, it was loud and threw me off guard and gave me anxiety. The other nail tech she was talking to actually was thrown off guard too because ALINA talked to me like a dog. I went silent after. She was supposed to do a design on a couple of fingers but I told her to leave it because I was so thrown off. I wanted to say and do much more but given other reviews I’ve read I knew it wouldn’t get me anywhere. DO NOT be fooled by the Instagram posts you see! there’s a reason this salon has gone from over 4 stars to under. My nails did turn out decent but after yesterday I’ve decided to never come back. I’ll save myself the anxiety and headache and make the trip downtown to the actual talented nail artists that treat their customers like humans. Work on your team Linda, do better.. they just lost you a loyal customer and I’m sure I’m not/won’t be the first.

Disrespectful & Unprofessional, I went there yesterday, it was my first time at this place, I actually had an appointment, the lady at their tiny little reception told me to sit at number 3, this place was actually so small, crowded and actually really dirty, the lady that was about to my nails at number 3, told me she can't do what I wanted to get done, because they are going to close at 7(my appointment was at 5:40), IF SHE CANT DO BECAUSE SHE DOES NOT HAVE TIME WHY DID YOU BOOK MY APPOINTMENT IN THE FIRST PLACE(I actually told her what I wanted to get done while booking the appointment). I just left this messy, horrible place, and definitely not coming back. DO BETTER!
