I recently visited J’adore nails a few days ago and I had a horrible experience. I booked an appointment for acrylics at 5:30 on Saturday, and when I arrived I was not acknowledged or greeted properly. I waited 45 minutes until 6:15 to finally get my nails done, the girl who started my nails named Remi, put on the acrylics, and asked me to come back tomorrow. I understand that they might have been busy, but it’s so unacceptable to treat anyone like that, and to come back the next day to finish a service. They likely believed that because i was 16 years old that they could get away with it. It just goes to show how they treat their customers. I arrived at 5:20, 10 minutes before appointment and left at 7:55. No body should be asked to come back the next day especially if they have an appointment to complete a service that is pre booked.

I wouldn't recommend this salon. Had one of the worse experiences here. The nail tech basically rushed the whole process. He ended up bruising my finger and gave me a cut while he was shaping my nails. My finger started bleeding and he did nothing to clean it up. Two days after, the paint of the nails chipped. I thought this salon would have great service but clearly not.

I had a very bad experience today . David , who says is the owner of the place has a very bad attitude. Right from the beginning he kept arguing, was rude and was not ready to listen. I showed him a picture , first he argued about the shade and when he could not create what I asked for. He was frustrated and started rushing and was very harsh. I got two cuts and when I said something to him he said it’s the best he can do and is trying to be gentle when he was not.he did a shoddy job - did not remove the glitter fully . It seems he doesn’t care about customer satisfaction and has no issue losing a customer. I do not recommend going to jadore nails but even if you do - do not have David as your technician.

J'adore Nail Salon is a haven of beauty and skill. David, the owner, is a true artist whose attention to detail is unmatched. The salon's ambiance is both modern and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a pampering experience. If you seek exceptional nail artistry in a welcoming setting, J'adore is the place to be. Highly recommended!
