BUYER BEWARE! After going there to get a balayage from a photo I showed to them to replicate, I have to say they completely destroyed my hair. It looked like they were behind with some clients - which does not mean the hair coloring process should be rushed. It feels like my hair is fried and I was just another number filling their pockets. They were completely unprofessional to my concerns. From my experience, most salons open their arms to dissatisfaction because the last thing they want is someone despising them and sharing it with their friends and family. Most times they take you back in to fix it, other times they may refund you a portion. They did nothing. Also if you try to contact them regarding your experience, they likely will block your number. Not worth your time at all!

Lee does an amazing job with your hair! Great prices and a really nice family run business. Will continue to go back and suggest this place whenever I can!

Wonderful Family Based Salon + Excellent Service + Great Location & Atmosphere + Going back for sure!

I've had my nails and eyebrows done here and they do a decent job. Staff is friendly and the salon is clean and neatly decorated. Their prices are impressive, especially for a location in the heart of downtown. The main downside is the removal of the gel nails. They use a power tool instead of acetone which damages and thins out your nails. This could lead to problems with your new manicure since your nails are thinner and more susceptible to breaking. After they removed my last manicure in that way, I've had issues with nails breaking since day 1. When I went back get them fixed a week later, they were going to charge me so I went back to my old salon. They had to glue three of my nails back together with acrylic and redo the entire gel manicure. I also cut my nails really short to prevent further breaking. This was an expensive nightmare. My eyebrows also have bald spots. She cut them using scissors and a comb. I thought that was how you do haircuts😕✂

Happy with the great service and they are really accommodating which makes it more encouraging to keep coming back. Normally I bring my friends with me and they always are happy with anything they do.
