I have never had such an awful mani pedi. The polish all rubbed off as soon as I left the salon. The technician was rough and continued to be rough after I asked her to go easier, she was completely uninterested in what she was doing (constantly looking around the room), my thirteen year old granddaughter could have done ten times a better job. I will not go back.

Awful

Had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. My sister called and booked us pedicures together. Arrived for our appointment and told it would be a few minutes. After 45 minutes and several “ten more minutes”, my sisters service started. I wanted another 15 minutes. By the time my service started, I was able to sit with my sister for 5 minutes before she was finished. The pedicure itself was awful. Towels are always went and cold because they only use one per service. My jeans were all wet when I finished. The hour wait for the 20 minute pedicure was not worth it. I watched several people come in who had appointments booked told that they either didn’t have an appointment (always the customers booking error not theirs) or “ten more minutes.” Overall just a terrible experience.

I regularly get my nails done here and haven’t had any issues. The girls do a good job, I usually try to have Patel do my nails but today I had Nibeta and she was so gentle and did a really nice job. They have always fit me in without an appointment time.

The lady I had took her time. She had to help a coworker at the beginning of my service and told me she would be right back and even apologized for it. Will definitely be asking for her again next time I come in. I had Netaban I think that's her name. I asked for blue sparkle on black and she did really well.

Alright so me and my mother usually go and get our nails done every so often, last month we had tried coco’s and everything was great, they filed a bit of our skin off, but it overall went great nails looked amazing. We decided to try coco’s again this time and unfortunately this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at an industry yet. We had an appointment for 2pm, but did not get seated until 2:30pm Not a big deal we didn’t really have places to be after so no worries there. My problem is with how we were treated for bringing up an issue that had occurred. The lady who was doing my mother’s nails had cut a piece of her skin off and she was bleeding. The lady didn’t do anything about the situation, she played it off like nothing happened. My mother seemed okay for the most part so we continued with the service. But after our service I wanted to mention to the manager what had happened for future reference. I did not want anything to come out of this I just wanted a civil conversation. So, I had pulled him outside in front of coco’s to talk to him in private. I had told him what happened and for some god knows what reason he was extremely furious saying that I’m “taking advantage of this situation” and “she’s fine it’s not infected so it’s not a big deal” I responded with my mother is still bleeding and it looks like it hurts a lot and he responded with “it’s not a big deal” After hearing all of this I started feeling a little flustered and go inside to pay and leave. He keeps going on talking about the situation when I tell him I’m very angry and I will just be paying for one of the pedicures instead of both of them for how rude he was being. He then proceeds to yell at me in front of the entire coco’s lounge saying he will call security on me if I don’t pay for the full service. I have never felt so embarrassed before, I took the issue outside to not embarrass him in the first place and he goes off and does this in front of everyone. Very unhappy. The pictures here are 2 hours after the service:

My wife and her friend went to get their nails done, and during the appointment the employees cut their cuticles way too far, and during the drilling she started to drill my wife's skin. And then during her friends painting, they messed up the design she wanted, so she has asked to get it changed and the employee rolled her eyes at her and was being very unprofessional about it. During the whole appointment the employees were laughing at them and being rude to them. The finished nails are bumpy and some are crooked. On my wife's nails, she got a letter T on one of them, and it is extremely poorly done and rushed. My wife got french tips, with a single initial on one nail and she got charged $95.
