I usually do my own nails but since I was going to a wedding I thought I would treat myself. I had gel nails done without the tips. The layer was so thin it started to lift in 4 days on multiple nails of me getting them done. Very disappointing I was told they would last 2.5-3 weeks. Fast forward 2 weeks. They didn’t last nearly as long and upon removing them my nails are damaged. Every single nail has a dent from electric nail file. This place should not be allowed to do business. I wish I was joking but its like they didn’t learn how to take proper care of nails at school. Extremely disappointed.

Loved it

My girlfriend got a set of acrylics for her birthday that costed $90 and the gems and three nails fell off within the first day of having them. THEN on her birthday we went to get them fixed expecting them to do what any other nail salon that is actually professional and has good costumer service would do, which is fix they're mistake and redo those missing nails free of charge and without fussing. But the rude workers argued about who had to do them and treated my girlfriend as if it was her fault that they did a horrible job and made it seem like what should've been a 15 minute job was a huge burden. Grabbing my girls hands aggressively yelling at fellow co workers and being overall rude. Then as we were paying, they did not respect the "costumer is always right" rule in costumer service when I brought it to there attention how we shouldn't have to pay again and full on argued with me causing a scene. All I can say is we will NEVER be coming back and will ensure all our friends and family know of this mistreatment and unprofessionalism, glad to say you guys have lost a lot of clientele.

I got acrylics put on about 10 days ago. I had 6 fall off within a week. They then told me I got them too long (meanwhile I go to other places and get the exact same length and they always stay on). I was then charged for a whole new set & my thumb nail has some kind of infection going on because the nail file cut into my skin. I am not impressed. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this just was unacceptable.

They were in a rush. And very poor quality. Acrylic started to come out the next day.
