Awesome service. Quality product. These are 2 weeks old and still look great IMO.

I was there on a Thursday for a shellac manicure by Saturday the tips of my nails started lifting. By Monday 4 nails literally had the shellac fall right off in one piece. All the years I have used shellac this has never happened. I called and they told me to come in I could not that day but I did go in following Monday and would not honor fixing up. Problem there is 3 different people work on your nails and they don't know who did what. ..I am sticking to Aloha they know what they are doing there.

An absolute terrible experience. I booked for my girlfriend and I to have a regular pedicure done together. We got there and I had the chair first, my friend sat and waited to be seen for 15 minutes. My pedicure was only 20 minutes, I did not receive a massage which I was disappointed already not getting to sit beside my friend and being rushed out of the chair with no top coat applied. My friend finally was seen, she sat for 10 minutes and she did not receive a scrub nor a massage nor a second coat on her nails. They looked terrible. Then 2 people come in and get to sit beside eachother immediately. When it was time to pay we spoke up with our concerns and said we didn't believe my friend should pay for her pedicure. They said they were busy and she had no callous on her foot as the excuse and started fixing her toes in line while there was a line up. It was a terrible experience and they were extremely rude. Never will we go here again.

I went before the new restrictions came and they were Awesome in getting me an appointment same day. Very friendly over the phone staff. I was a little disappointed that the price was more than expected, but understandable. Beautiful nail painting and design. Little disappointed that my service wasn't the best one for me, but it was nice. 👍🏾
