Their prices listed are not what they charge they try and overcharge you and rip you off. they tried charging me taxes on a gift certificate because I was using a gift that someone had paid with debit card to purchase it. I told them they were not charging me taxes on using a gift certificate they can charge me taxes for the services they provided which the prices were not what they had listed or explain to me For example they wanted me to pay taxes on the $60 gift certificate for using it Then taxes on my services. I have no problem paying taxes on my overpriced services which were not the proper prices listed but then to try and charge me another $8 for using a gift certificate that makes no sense One of the girls there I've been seeing at nail 3000 since I was 12 years old and for her to allow them to treat me like this with absolutely ridiculous lost many customers over this situation I guarantee that

It was such a pleasure to see the girls at London Nails today - it's been a while due to COVID. They are always so kind and welcoming and treat both my elderly Mom and I with respect and patience. Highly recommend this little gem of a salon!
