I’m confused by their pricing. Even when I phone ahead I’m charged a different price in person then what I was quoted. Last time I went my change of finger nail shellac was $27.00. I called ahead to confirm that would be the price I would have for my next appointment and it was confirmed. When went to pay I was charged $27 plus $5 fee for removing their previous polish. I said this polish was from here two weeks ago. Not impressed. I was not charged this fee two weeks ago when you removed their salons polish.

The first time I went here, I walked in and asked for a shellac, french tip manicure. I wish I knew the lady's name that did it because she did an AMAZING job. My nails lasted for 2 whole weeks before I noticed the first chip. I thought WOW, I'm definitely going back. And then I went back the 2nd time.. different lady.. and she was rushed. The experience was nothing like the first time but my nails looked OK when I left. 6 days in.. their already chipping. I was at Walmart today and thought, I'm going to make an appointment to fix my nails again since their already chipping. As soon as I stated this to the lady at the counter (I've never seen this one either) SHE IMMEDIATELY TOLD ME "NO WE CANT FIX!". She repeatedly told me it's what I did for them to chip. I told her the same as what I wrote above, and honestly I wasn't asking for a free fix, I just wanted to make an appointment to fix my nails because I cant carry on with chipped shellac. This lady was so rude, and fixated on making it my fault, I was shocked!!! I just said OK, thank you, and walked away. I really wanted to give my local Walmart nail salon a chance but this professionalism and customer is a HARD NO FOR ME!! 1 star for the first lady who did my nails. I wish I knew what her name was :(. I'll definitely take my business elsewhere.

Just stay away!! If I could give no stars I would! My friend was a client for a pedicure & ended up with an infection directly resulting from her service. The establishment blocked her on social media, will not take her calls and refuses to take any accountably. Incredibly dirty and unprofessional.

My 84 year old mum and I went for fills and manicures. It took far too long because they only have 1 lady who does nails but overall we were grateful to get them done before they did a great job.
