I went here for the first time to get my nails done. It was my first time in my life to have fake nails and I never thought it will be such a great experience with the staff. I showed her a picture that I want these nails and she made them the same way as in I showed her. Such a friendly environment. I will come here over and over because I love this place and their lovely staff.

Sarah did an amazing job on my nails. Super friendly and tentative, always made sure I was comfortable while prepping (buffing and trimming) my nails

Awesome staff, nails also stayed on without any touch-ups for over 2 months. One thing is I wish you could sit with who you come with more often

They're friendly and always willing to take your appointment but are often very busy and in turn your nails are often rushed. I pointed out two different concerns (a fuzz stuck in the shellac and patchy sparkles on one nail) to the lady doing my nails multiple times for both and she kept insisting it was fine... "I think it's okay" were her exact words... It was clearly patchy and could've used another coat... When you're the one paying and that has to look at them for the next two weeks it's a bit frustrating that they don't listen to simple requests. I wasn't being over the top or asking for anything extra. It was a simple shellac Mani/pedi and the manicure definitely could've been done with more care. This wasn't a great experience and probably won't be back. The guy who did my toes was great, still super quick but they look great.
