Horrible service. They were all rude and unprofessional, were more interested in their phones then getting my nails done. And not to mention the nails i got were hideous!! they looked nothing like the photo i showed them. I asked for a refund and they told me they couldnt do that since one hand was already done, so they continued to finish my other one.First and last time coming here. Never again.

Poor hygiene, over charges you, grinds your nails off to paper-like. Never, never again. They should close.

Came in for a shellac manicure - dint file nails properly/ nail polish was unevenly applied and did not even clean off nail dust. Worst service. First and last time visiting as they also seemed more interested in their phones than customers.

They took me last minute before closing The woman was really nice and did the hot stone massage on my legs & feet. I had a shellac pedicure done and it was only $35! Other places charge $65+ Park near Canadian Tire and enter the mall through there. Q-nails is the first shop on the right when you enter the mall.

The staff at Qnails was very friendly and accommodating. They took me right away, let me pick my colour, lovely pink, and the style I wanted. Quick and efficient! Price was excellent! Love how my nails turned out! I look fabulous! I will definitely go there again and recommend it to everyone.
