I came here after a different salon had given me a truly atrocious gel manicure that just wouldn't come off. The staff was very helpful and got the polish off successfully. It took a little longer than their initial estimate but the nail technician was very thorough! Would go back again.

AMAZING! 10 Stars if I could! It was my first visit at Tips Nail Bar on February 7th. One thing I want to emphasize is that Leanne and her team are very detail oriented. From the time you come in to the end of your visit, you will constantly get THE best service. The environment is very clean and so are their tools. They take their time with each person to perfect their work, which I really appreciate. Anna, my nail technician, did an amazing job with my nails, she even went as far as restarting a nail because it wasn’t perfect to her standards. And shoutout to Phoebe, who works the front of the nail bar, her warm, friendly smile and energetic personality is just what every customer needed on that rainy day. Their washrooms are super clean but only thing to critique about them is since it’s in the basement it’s not accessible (not sure if they have a separate bathroom on the main floor). All in all, I had a very good experience at Tips Nail Bar.

Don’t post reviews at all but a bit disappointed with my experience given all the 5 star reviews. Came here for a gel x manicure and removal. Paid ~$200 only to have one of the nails fall off in less than 2 weeks! This has never happened to me with any kind of extension (including gel x). Another thing to note is that the polish job was quite messy around my cuticles - unfortunately this only became evident when my nails grew out. The whole process took nearly 3 hours, which wouldn’t have been an issue if the results reflected that.
