I had a great experience getting a new set of acrylics. I had taken a break from getting my nails done, and was recommended by a few people to check Vnails out. Everyone was super friendly, my nail tech checked throughout the whole process if I was happy with them. They’re wonderfully shaped and are some of my favourite nails I’ve had. Very well priced for the quality and speed.

It was my first visit. The nails weren’t properly done. I opted for coffin style, but it wasn’t. He kept buffing and left the sides of nails rough and unfinished. When i asked him they look unfinished, he says, i can do nails but not 100% perfect. The acrylic wasn’t applied neatly covering the edges and corners of my natural Nail. There is a gap and gives a feel that the nails were done a week back or so. The saloon is good. But probably the technician assigned to me lacked experience. Although on a positive note, he did ask me to comeback later in the evening and he can do it all once again. I had to refuse his offer as i had other appointments to go for. I appreciate him in this aspect.

Visited for the first time for getting a new set, the nail tech was very rude messed up with tye color even after he had the picture of the nails. When I complained he reacted and kept putting the blame on me. I answered politely that I didnt wanted the color not what he was doing he left me alone (nails half done) and started with another customer. I waited their for 10 minutes and another nail tech helped me. Will never recommend anyone to visit them. The tech didnt even apologized for his mistake.
