It's a hit and miss just like Organic's other locations. Every time I go back thinking maybe this time it'll be better. But sadly yesterday was the last time, I'll have to take my business elsewhere. Shellac nail paint quality is mediocre. At times its too thin or too dry, or chips early. The staff needs to be trained, to value people's $ and time, as well as to keep their stations clean. If someone is paying $40 for a 15min job, then the least you can do is make sure they are satisfied. Rest the front desk is always friendly.

Lena is amazing and so fast! She only took 30 mins to do a shellac manicure and it turned out so well. I love how engaging she was and attentive to my needs. Thank you!

I love my nails and toes! The salon is clean and pretty, the staff were super nice, and on top of that they did a great job! Wish I remembered my lady’s name but she was very sweet. I got fake nails and a pedicure for under 100$ (plus tip) so that was a plus, no attempts to sell me extras. Would recommend!

Absolutely love this place! Been visiting for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. The dip lasts for well over 3 weeks and my nail feel healthier as a whole.
