I went here a lil while back to get my nails done for a wedding. I don’t get my nails done often, and didn’t want my nails too long or too showy. so I brought picture examples with me. The nail technician knew exactly what I wanted. I believe her name was Julie. She was so gentle and nice! Some places i went to the past were rushing too much and it was painful and it showed in their work. My nails here turned out exactly how I wanted! The price was pretty reasonable too. It’s worth checking out :)

I usually don’t write bad reviews, but Im floored at the results.. went to get my GEL nails removed last minute. I notified her that it was gel nails and not acrylics, she soaked my nails and proceeded to rip and snap them off. I didn’t realize that isn’t what you’re supposed to do with gel and you’re supposed to file them. Instead she used the method for acrylics. It was very painful and was terrible for my nails. -In the photo I automatically put on nail hardener to fix the chip that goes down half of my nail.

Rude, irresponsible, and terrible customer service. My friend had told me this place wasn’t professional, but I thought I’d give it a try. I walk in to get my gel removed first with the husband. He is kind and nice, and gentle with my nails. I get moved to see his wife to get my nails done. She asks what I want and I say that I’d like white ombré or French tip, and clarified - which would be powder and which gel? She responded with, “Don’t tell me you want this and then change your mind. We don’t do that here.” This was extremely rude and It’s a nail place so it’s normal to ask and decide between colors or design - but I ignored it anyways and proceeded to show her a photo. She then started buffing my nails, but really roughly and with no regard for my nail. She broke one of my nails and I told her to please be gentle - she broke my nail. She yelled across the salon to her husband in Vietnamese and then told me, “it was already broken. He told me.” I told her calmly, no, that’s not true because I checked my nails when he was done and they were fine. He even told me my nails were strong. She said, “He told me.” I wasn’t about to sit through an hour with this type of attitude, so I told her I’m leaving and didn’t want to deal with a salon who doesn’t own up to their actions. Instead of apologizing and trying to keep her customers, she said “You pay 18.25 for removal.” This goes to show that they have no care for good service and don’t bother to retain customers. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.
